Not sure? A few common cases
If you're between two sizes: take the larger one. A slightly roomier KLOON still fits close thanks to the 3D pouch; a slightly tight one won't loosen up.
If you normally size up in other brands for room: you likely don't need to here. Most men size up in underwear just to get space around the groin. KLOON's 3D pouch is built to give you that room without needing a bigger size, so start with your true size first.
If you prefer a tighter, more compressive fit: go with your true size rather than sizing down. KLOON isn't built to feel compressive at any size; sizing down won't create support, it'll just be tight.
If you have larger thighs: the leg openings are cut with a small amount of extra room and real stretch recovery, so your true size should still sit comfortably without digging in. If you're between sizes on this basis specifically, size up.
