When does KLOON launch?

We don’t have a fixed date to share yet. We’d rather finish testing properly than launch on a schedule. The first 500 people who join get told first, before anyone else.

Can I buy KLOON right now?

No. KLOON is pre-launch: the site isn’t taking orders yet. You can claim your 20% lifetime discount now so it’s ready the moment we open.

What does the 20% Founder discount actually mean?

Does the discount expire?

No. It's a lifetime rate for as long as KLOON exists, not a coupon with a deadline.

Does it stack with pack/bundle pricing?

Why do I have to qualify?

We're not trying to collect thousands of coupon codes before launch. We're looking for 500 people who actually care about underwear and want to follow KLOON from the beginning, in return, they get something permanent instead of a one-time sale code.

What is TENCEL™ Modal?

A cellulose fiber made from sustainably sourced wood pulp. It's softer and smoother than cotton, handles moisture better, and holds its shape through repeated washing, which is why KLOON is made from 95% TENCEL™ Modal.

Do they ride up?

We designed the leg length, stretch and tension specifically to reduce riding up during everyday wear, without feeling overly tight. In our six-month wear test, reduced ride-up was one of the clearest results.

Why do you only make one boxer brief?

Because we'd rather improve one thing than launch ten average ones. KLOON is one style, one color, one fit, refined for eighteen months and counting, instead of spread across a catalogue.

How does sizing work?

Start with the size you normally wear, from S to XXL. KLOON runs a little roomier through the body and legs than most underwear, thanks to the 3D pouch, so you generally don't need to size up just for room.

What if I'm between sizes, or normally size up for room?

If you're between two sizes, take the larger one. If you usually size up in other underwear brands just to get room around the groin, you likely won't need to here: that's specifically what the 3D pouch is for.

What if I choose the wrong size?

You have 30 days to decide, including after wearing and washing. If the fit's wrong, we'll sort an exchange or a full refund: see the guarantee below.

What does shipping cost?

Nothing. Shipping is free on every order across the US.

Can I return underwear after actually wearing it?

Yes. You get a 30-day fit guarantee that applies even after wear and washing: full refund, we pay the return shipping. Underwear is genuinely hard to judge any other way.

How do packs and returns work together?

Every pair in a pack ships in the size you choose at checkout: a 5-pack in size M means 5 pairs of size M. The same 30-day guarantee applies to every pack size, even after wear and washing.
