KLOON did not begin with a plan to start another underwear brand.

It began because we genuinely hated the boxers we already owned.

Some bunched up in the groin. Some rode up the legs. Some compressed everything into one uncomfortable package. Others absorbed the memory of a workout long after the workout was over.

And the supposedly premium ones?

Many were soft for a few weeks, then lost their shape, stretched out or slowly surrendered to the washing machine.

We did not want more underwear.

We wanted proper underwear.

What we thought would be a straightforward product became an eighteen-month development process.

We sourced and tested different fabrics. Worked with multiple manufacturers. Compared constructions, stitching methods, waistbands and material weights.

We experimented with 3D moulding to create support without flattening everything. We adjusted the pouch, the leg length, the stretch and the fit, then adjusted them again.

Samples that looked good but felt wrong were rejected.

Samples that felt good but failed after washing were rejected.

Samples that were soft but too fragile, supportive but too restrictive, or breathable but unable to hold their shape were rejected.

We kept going until there was nothing obvious left to complain about.

A good fabric should feel soft.

A proper fabric should remain soft, breathe well, manage moisture, hold its shape and survive normal life outside a product photoshoot.

That search led us to TENCEL™ Modal: a smooth, breathable fibre known for its lasting softness and moisture control.

But the fabric was only one part of it.

We paired it with a supportive 3D pouch, stay-put legs, a soft but durable waistband and a tag-free construction. Every element was designed to work together, not to create the longest possible feature list.

The result is support without compression, softness without fragility and comfort that does not disappear halfway through the day.

Before selling a single pair, we wore and washed the final version for six months and 20 washes.

To work. To the gym. On long days, lazy days and days when changing into something more comfortable was not an option.

We washed them 20 times to see what would happen to the softness, shape, seams and waistband.

Because underwear should not need delicate treatment, special instructions or blind faith in a marketing department.

It should simply continue doing its job.

We are not interested in launching hundreds of seasonal styles or placing a new logo on the same generic product every few months.
